Purchase delivery service procedure for corporations

STEP 1Temporary appraisal

For corporations who wish to sell some unused items but can not come in person to our store, we propose a purchase delivery service.
Contact us by phone or through our website to get a temporary appraisal of your items.

STEP 2Make a purchase delivery request

If you agree with the provisionnal assessment amount for your items, please contact us.
We will send you a consent form and the necessary to send us your goods.

STEP 3Shipping to our purchase center

When the delivery kit arrives, put the following two items in the cardboard and send it to the purchase center as a Collect on Delivery (COD) package.
Please send your shipment after contacting our designated delivery company (Sagawa Express).

Upgrade garage will cover the shipping fee!
Please do not worry about the fee being deducted from your payment.

※ Please be aware that the shipping fee will be borne by the customer in case of shipping error so please be careful. If you have any doubt, do not hesitate to contact us.

STEP 4Assessment confirmation. Payment

After arrival of your items, we will make a final assessment within 3 business days. We will then contact you with the results.
If you agree with the amount and conclude the contract, the payment will be made to the designated account within 2 weeks.

・If you are satisfied with the final assessed amount, we will send you the purchase details and invoice so please reply by email. We will transfer the payment to the designated account.

Frequently asked questions

When should I take contact with the delivery purchase service?
Please reply within 1 week of the temporary assessment. In addition, after arrival at the purchasing center, your items will be re-evaluated and you will be communicated the results. Please reply within 3 business days. If by any chance reply can not be confirmed, we will return the goods at the customer's charge (Cash on Delivery).
Can I get back the items I sent?
Although it is possible to return the items if it is before the deal is concluded, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Furthermore, we can not guarantee the state of the items during the return at all.
Is it possible to receive payment by cash in case of Out of Store purchase
For Out of Store purchase, if there is no difference with the amount assessed in advance, and there is no parts that require function check at the store (such as audio and navigation), payment is possible by cash if you can acccept the invoice and the receipt.Otherwise, you will receive your payment by transfer at a later date.

  • Exterior goods (large-sized items such as bumpers)/
  • large-sized items such as roof boxes/
  • Large one-piece mufflers/
  • All items already included in the do not purchase category

  • Frames without documents/
  • Engine with no stamp/
  • Parts not understood in detail/
  • Old tires/
  • Genuine parts with lots of use/

  • Helmet without PSC mark
Important points
  • When shipping items, do not forget to fill in the consent form sent from the purchasing center. We will not be able to proceed without it.
  • In no circumstances can we deliver the agreement document by fax or email, only by mail. Please prepare accordingly.
  • Upgrade garage will cover the shipping fee (Send by Cash on Delivery) but please be aware that the shipping fee will be at the customer's charge in case of shipping error so please be careful. If you have any doubt, do not hesitate to contact us.
  • We can not assume responsibility concerning parts breakage during transportation. Please pack your parts carefully before sending.
  • After the arrival of the items, we will confirm the purchase assessment amount and notify you within 3 business days.
  • We will send you a purchase detailed statement as well as an invoice by email. Please request it on the designated form.
  • After agreement to the purchase, we will transfer your payment within two weeks. In case you didn't receive your payment after two weeks, please contact our purchase center for assistance.
  • In case an agreement could not be made, we will send back the letter of consent. Please make sure you got it back.Also note that the cost of this delivery will be at the customer's charge (Cash on Delivery).
