QWhy is the tracking information not working or showing as invalid?

There are several reasons why you may not be able to track your parcel:

  • The parcel has not been picked up yet. Please check the announced pick-up date and track it accordingly.
  • Depending on the pick-up area in Japan, the shipping company may update the tracking information on the next business day after the pick-up is completed.
  • For Surface shipping, tracking information is not available while the parcel is en route on the ship. Once the ship reaches the destination country, tracking will become available.
    If you haven’t received tracking information within 3 business days after placing your order, we recommend contacting us for assistance.
