QI recently ordered a wheel set, but I’ve found another one that better meets my requirements. Can I exchange the set for the other one?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges once an order is placed. If you wish to purchase the new set, you would need to place a new order. Please note that cancellations or changes are not permitted after the order has been processed.
